Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

Thank you for your continued support during the Coronavirus pandemic. Your support and cooperation are vital so our staff can focus on caring for our residents. We are providing these regular website updates because we believe it is important to be open and transparent while our state deals with COVID-19.

We have no known cases of COVID-19 among our residents or staff.

We continue to work closely with the Utah Department of Health and the Bureau of Epidemiology and are following all their recommended protocols regarding the treatment, care, and safety of all residents and staff. Those protocols include continued testing of both residents and staff.

Regarding our staff and essential medical personnel, they are fully outfitted with personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed for their respective duties and we continue to prohibit visitors.

As previously shared, our facility has been on restricted access since March 13, 2020. Only essential staff and medical personnel who pass a medical screening have been allowed in the facility. We have not allowed any visitors to enter our facility since that date.

While visits from friends and families have been restricted, our staff is doing everything they can to provide for the emotional needs of our residents.

We will continue to update you on this website, status.fourcornerscare.com, when we have new information to share, and we encourage you to contact us via email with any questions or concerns regarding your loved ones. Again, our email address is info@fourcornerscare.com.

Thank you for your continued support.

Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

Thank you for your continued support during the Coronavirus pandemic. Your support and cooperation are vital so our staff can focus on caring for our residents. We are providing these regular website updates because we believe it is important to be open and transparent while our state deals with COVID-19.

As previously mentioned in our Monday, August 18 update, we received test results on that day for one resident and one staff member showing they are COVID-19 POSITIVE. The resident was immediately moved into our secure wing for the treatment and care of residents who have the illness. Our staff member is following quarantine protocols in their own home. We wish our resident and our staff member a full and speedy recovery. This information is unchanged since our last update.

Besides the two individuals mentioned above, we have no other known cases of COVID-19 among our residents or staff.
